Dr. Trish Schneider is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She is a recognized Functional Blood Work Specialist and the founder of Whole Health Psychiatry, Meltdown Mastery, and The Regulated Mother.

Dr. Schneider’s expertise bridges the gap between psychiatry and functional medicine, offering an integrative approach that addresses the underlying biological and lifestyle factors contributing to mental health challenges.

Her work has been featured internationally, including as a Functional Medicine Health Expert in the best-selling book Healing Beyond the Diagnosis.
